Fortune Tiger Slot Review: 96.81% RTP and Tiger Respins
Fortune Tiger is a 3x3 slot with five paylines, released by PG Soft on 20 March 2022. There is no free spins mode at all: the game runs on sticky wilds and a random Tiger Streak respin, and any full screen of matching symbols is boosted x10 automatically, worth up to 500x. The RTP is 96.81%, volatility is medium, the hit rate is 23.15% and the ceiling is 2,500x your stake, with bets from EUR 0.25 to EUR 250.

Chapter 1 · the machine
Three reels, five lines and nothing to hide
In 2022, while every studio was chasing 6x5 grids and thousand-way cascades, PG Soft shipped a three-reel game with five lines and a tiger on the roof. Everything the game can do is visible on one screen.
A 3x3 grid means nine positions and five paylines: three rows plus two diagonals. There are no cascades, no scatters, no bonus buy and no free spins. What the game has instead is one random feature, the Tiger Streak respin, and one flat rule: whenever every position on the screen takes part in a win, the payout is multiplied by ten. That rule is the reason a slot with a modest 2,500x ceiling became a lobby fixture.
PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft) is a Malta-headquartered studio that builds slots for the phone first — portrait screens, big symbols, short sessions. Fortune Tiger opened its "Fortune" line of Chinese-luck themes alongside Fortune Ox, Fortune Rabbit, Fortune Mouse and Fortune Dragon: the same cabinet, a different zodiac animal. The tiger is the top symbol and the wild; three on a line pay 50x the stake.
Compared with a 6x5 giant, sessions feel smaller and steadier: medium volatility, a hit on a little under one spin in four, and a balance that drifts rather than jumps. Bets run from EUR 0.25 to EUR 250 per spin.

The base-game screen laid out with the real symbol art. Line 2, the middle row, is lit: three ingots. Tap the other chips to see where each of the five lines runs.
Same name, different slot
Fortune Tiger by PG Soft is not the Fortune Tiger by Triple Profits Games
Lobbies often list both. The Triple Profits Games version is a 5x3 slot with 243 ways to win and a stated RTP of 95%; the PG Soft game reviewed here is 3x3, five lines, 96.81%. If the tile shows five reels, it is the other one. The provider label under the tile and the grid on the loading screen settle it in a second.

Tiger Streak respins and the automatic x10
Fortune Tiger has one feature, and it can start on any spin without warning. Here is the sequence, step by step, and a scripted replay of it on the reels.
1A wild lands and sticks. The tiger is the wild. When the Tiger Streak triggers, the wild (or one randomly chosen regular symbol) is held in place while the other positions spin again.
2The reels respin. Every new matching symbol that lands is added to the held set, and the reels spin again. The streak continues as long as something new joins in; it ends when a respin adds nothing.
3Full screen, times ten. When all nine positions take part in a win, the total is multiplied by x10 automatically. That is where the 500x full-screen figure comes from, and it applies to any symbol, not only the tiger.
4Why it all lives in the base game. There is no free spins mode to save up for. The tiger symbol pays 50x for three on a line; the streak and the x10 are the only accelerators, so every spin carries the same chance of the feature.
Scripted replay of the feature, not a random spin: a wild holds, the reels respin twice, the screen fills and the x10 lands. Real spins are decided by PG Soft's RNG. Try the actual demo on play money.

The numbers: RTP, hit rate, ceiling
Every figure below is published by the studio and listed in the game's info panel. They are long-run averages measured over millions of spins, not a forecast for your session.

96.81% is the theoretical return: over a very long run the game pays back 96.81 of every 100 units staked, and the casino keeps 3.19. Operators can license lower RTP configurations of the same build, so the figure in your lobby's info panel is the one that counts.
23.15% is the hit rate: a little under one spin in four returns something. Most of those returns are smaller than the stake, which is normal for a medium-volatility game and the reason a balance fades gradually rather than in one drop.
2,500x is the ceiling, counted from the bet. At EUR 0.25 that is EUR 625; at EUR 250 it is EUR 62,500. The 500x quoted for a full screen is the 50x tiger line times the x10 boost across all nine positions.

Chapter 4 · the phenomenon
How a 3x3 slot became a national phenomenon in Brazil
Fortune Tiger is searched about 41,000 times a month in Brazil against roughly 150 in the United States. Brazilians call it jogo do tigrinho — the little tiger game.
The scale is unusual for a slot. Streamers ran the game on live feeds, the nickname stuck, and the tiger's grin turned up in adverts, memes and phone wallpapers. That volume of attention eventually drew the attention of Brazilian regulators to gambling advertising in general — a description of the size of the thing, not a verdict on it.
Around the game grew a second economy that has nothing to do with PG Soft: lists of a "best hour to play", paid signal groups, bots that promise to read the reels. Four Brazilian phrasings of "best time to play Fortune Tiger" alone add up to roughly 7,400 searches a month. None of it can change what the game does, because every spin is generated independently — and that is the subject of its own page: is Fortune Tiger legit, and where the best-hour myth came from.

FAQ
Questions players actually ask
Who made Fortune Tiger?
PG Soft, released on 20 March 2022. A different slot with the same name exists from Triple Profits Games, so check the provider label in the lobby.
Does Fortune Tiger have free spins?
No. The game has no free spins mode; it uses sticky wilds and random Tiger Streak respins instead.
What is the maximum win?
2,500x your stake. A full screen of matching symbols receives an automatic x10 boost worth up to 500x.
How often does Fortune Tiger pay?
Its hit rate is 23.15%, so a little under one spin in four returns something, usually small.
In short
Fortune Tiger is a small, fast, honest slot: a 3x3 grid, five lines, one random respin feature and a flat x10 for a full screen. Its 96.81% RTP is on the generous side, its 2,500x ceiling is modest, and its 23.15% hit rate keeps a session moving. The Brazilian frenzy around it is real, and so is the industry of "best hours" and paid signals that grew on top of it — none of which touches the maths. Play the free demo first, read the info panel in your lobby, and set a limit before the first spin.
